By accessing or using GLM Image AI's AI image generation service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

GLM Image AI provides an advanced AI text-to-image and image-to-image generation service powered by GLM Image. GLM Image is Z.AI's flagship cognitive image generation model designed for poster layouts, PPTs, commercial graphics and scientific illustrations. With a hybrid autoregressive + diffusion architecture, GLM Image understands complex instructions and renders text and details with exceptional precision.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

GLM Image AI may be used only as permitted by law and these Terms. You agree not to misuse the service, generate harmful or illegal content, infringe the rights of others, or interfere with the platform. Comply with applicable laws and platform policies when submitting prompts or reference images.

GLM Image AI operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate images and must be purchased through our payment system. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Credits do not expire but may be subject to account closure policies.

You retain rights to the prompts and reference images you upload. You grant us a license to use, host, store, reproduce, and process your content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the service (including abuse detection and quality improvements). Generated images belong to you; we do not use them for external marketing without permission.

You may not use GLM Image AI to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our AI models or platform. Commercial use of generated images may be subject to additional terms.

GLM Image AI is an AI-powered service and may not always produce perfect results. Generated images may contain artifacts, inconsistencies, hallucinations, or unexpected elements. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated images for any particular purpose.

Our service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall GLM Image AI, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GLM Image AI regarding our service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
